  • What is your return policy?

    • Any products purchased from this website can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please see our Return Policy for more information. Shipping fees are not refundable except in cases of fulfilment errors or damaged product. When returning shipments, please keep your tracking number as lost return shipments are not the responsibly of bluejay collection.

  • When will my order ship and how long until I receive it?

    • All orders will take up to two business days for our warehouse to process and fulfill orders. Most international orders can take between 10-20 business days and will have to pass through customs before delivery. We put our best efforts into meeting delivery times, but customs can add additional time and delays to our orders as well as impose import fees.
